COMPARISON: MULTIPLE RBAs

This report for superiors is a more complex version of the "Role Behavior Analysis" described in Category 9. This 5-page report helps superiors use the experience of a combined group of employees to evaluate a job (a "role") in a work area with the RBA report listed in Category 9. The purpose of the MULTIPLE RBAs report is to create a DiSC profile for a job, and then to use that profile as a "job standard" for the position. The report includes a "comparison grid" of 32 job behaviors, and indicates how much of each one the job requires. This report is intended as a basis for hiring, promoting, transferring, coaching, and performance evaluation on a specific job; but it's not an easy report for casual use.
