COMPARISON: MULTIPLE PPSs

This 5-page report for superiors combines the DiSC profiles of a group of employees, and compares them to a grid of 32 typical employee behaviors—such as "accepts," "commands," "trusts," etc. The plots on the grid indicate the probable future behavior of the group of employees in future situations. The purpose of the report is to show the individual differences between the members of a team, and to show how the members interact. This report, if studied line-by-line, can give insights into the dynamics of a group personality, and it offers a chance to fine-tune a team's behavior. However, this is not an easy report for casual use.
