The TEAM REPORTS are a series of individual and group reports for both employees and managers (human resource managers, training managers, department managers, etc.). The TEAM REPORTS category offers five optional reports, including the important free "Team View Report" that SAC strongly recommends for all the participants and supervisors in groups who've taken the DiSC personality test -- because a key principle of team-building is that all employees and managers should know one another's personalities. These five reports deal with team culture and teamworking, and their purpose is to create unity and understanding on teams. The TEAM REPORTS are second in importance only to the GENERAL and CLASSIC categories listed above — since these first categories provide the basic DiSC tests necessary to start personality training programs.
