This special report is a valuable foundation for hiring, promoting, coaching, transferring, performance evaluations, and many similar tasks. This report can be used by both superiors and subordinates in many creative ways. However, this special report is a follow-up report for the basic DiSC tests and team reports in the first three categories at the top of this categories list, and should not be used without the initial entry-level DiSC tests that all employees need.
